in the Baldwin Hills who studied writing and cinema at USC and spent many years in television as a director and editor. Since
first acquiring his real estate licence in 1992 Andy has invested in a number of properties
in California and Nevada. He received a Nevada real estate
license in 2006, and reactivated his California license in 2007. A longtime resident of Venice Beach, Andy practices
real estate full time along with his wife Veronica who is an agent with Bulldog Realtors. They enjoy travel and have
